Are you a Western Living customer that would like to do something special for a friend, family or associate? If they happen to be looking for a new home, please remember to recommend Western Living Homes and we’ll happily provide you with a cash reward, while taking great care of our new customer!
 
Western Living Homes referral rewards include: 
A $750  reward if you refer someone that purchases a duplex or lane home.
A $1,000 reward if you refer someone that purchases a front attached garage single family or estate home.
 
Please note the following referral reward conditions: 
The referral reward will be deemed payable when the referred customers take possession of their home. The referral reward is subject to the validation and approval of Western Living Homes management.  
The reward is presented in form of Gift Certificate by choice of referrer. (Ie. Costco, Home Depot, Etc.)

Repeat & Second Time Buyer Program:
 
Are you a repeat or second time purchaser of a Western Living home? If so, we have a special loyalty reward in recognition of your support. 
 
Western Living’s repeat or second time purchaser reward includes:
A $1,500 cash discount off the price of your new home.

Please note the following repeat buyer program conditions: 
The cash discount will be applied to the new home when the sales contract becomes firm. The cash discount is subject to the validation and approval of Western Living management. This reward program may not be available in some subdivisions or on some home styles, so please check with your Area Manager to determine if your home qualifies.
